Karla McNeill
owner | creative lead | planner
Karla has been in the design business over 24 years. Starting with a floral design back ground, competing in National Symposiums and for the TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition, she decided she wanted to be more involved in wedding and event production. Focusing most of her attention on creating the most fabulous displays possible for her clients' events. A true lover of all thing's celebration.
Karla branched out of floral design in 2010 and started designing for a full-service event décor company from there she went on to launch her own company in 2011.
Karla has a wide range of experience and knowledge of the event industry from managing budgets, tented event production, electricity logistics to catering details, fabric textures, music and what's trending for each up-and-coming year. KME's work has been featured in/on Brides of Austin, The Knot, Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, Bliss Bridal Magazine, The Book of Beautiful Weddings, Tex Appeal Magazine, Southern Celebrations magazine and on the TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
On a more personal note ... She is a Taurus, a dog mom, animal rescuer, travel addict, ocean obsessed, self-proclaimed chef and margarita connoisseur. She loves all things coffee, art, photography and twinkle lights!

Erin Choats
Coordinator
Erin is a graduate of Belton High School and alumni of the Magic Belles Drill Team. After high school she went on to dance at McLennan Community College and then the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she was the captain of the UMHB Dance Team. She graduated with a BS in Physical Education with a Pedagogy in Exercise and Sport Science.
Through college and some after, she was an instructor/choreographer for local studios and HTE Dance Inc. where she was able to teach the love of dance all across Texas and to all ages! Within her travels, she was also a guest choreographer for many televised events including the Dallas Holiday Parade and the Rose Parade in Pasadena, Ca. Her love of dance and fitness also led her to become a certified Barre instructor through Barre Body Pilates - The Sharp Method.
Erin is currently the Founding Head Dance Director at Lake Belton High School. She directs the Dance Department, coaches two competitive dance teams, instructs dance classes of all levels, and leads the school's all-inclusive spirit team. Running a program has given Erin a newfound love of event production. Her eye for detail and creative mind has allowed her to produce some incredible events and she is so excited to now be part of the KME crew!
Fun fact - Karla was Erin's Event Planner for her wedding back in 2017!
Erin and her husband, Tyler, are proud parents to their son, Hudson William.

Tiffany Cruz
Lead Coordinator
Tiffany has been in the event industry for 10+ years. Her experience in catering, event bartending and event rental companies makes her the perfect addition to the KME Team. Tiffany joined KME in early 2022 and is one of our most valuable players! Tiffany has a service heart and is ready to step in and help anywhere she can on event day!
Tiffany is a mama bear married to her best friend with 5 beautiful babies. Her passive laid back and never frazzled personality makes her such an asset! We have never seen her sweat. Even in this Texas heat!
In her free time, you can find her hanging with her family and working on her photography!
